Mary J. Mercado

Mary J. Mercado is a Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and is certified in Data Integrity.

 As the Learning & Development Lead at MES, Mary leads the company’s training strategy and oversees the MES Academy, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.

 Her career spans a wide range of industries, including aerospace, pharmaceutical, and solution providers, where she has held key roles in quality leadership, project management, and business process consulting.
