Waldemar Tavarez

Waldemar Tavarez is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and holds an MBA, with over 24 years of experience in Process Automation and Computer System Validation (CSV). He is an Electrical Engineer, graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana.

Before founding MES in 2005, Waldemar gained valuable experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and with solution providers, where he developed a deep understanding of regulated environments and technology-driven operations. His leadership blends technical expertise with strategic vision, guiding MES to deliver innovative and compliant solutions tailored to client needs.

As the founder and principal of MES, Waldemar continues to lead with a focus on quality, integrity, and continuous improvement, ensuring the company remains a trusted partner in the industry.
